Jack Science Center - Bismarck State College

Welcome to Bismarck State College...
Bismarck State College, the state’s largest community college, is located on a beautiful hilltop campus overlooking the Missouri River. The campus consists of nine buildings on 107 acres. Two buildings under construction are the National Energy Center of Excellence and Lidstrom Hall, a student residence. Completion for both facilities is scheduled in 2008.

BSC offers the first and second year of studies toward a bachelor’s degree and more than 35 technical programs, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Energy Management. BSC is a leader in distance education, providing several programs completely online, including five energy education programs.

BSC’s Division of Continuing Education, Training and Innovation provides professional development programs, workforce training and additional programs and services.

Many bachelor degree and graduate programs are available on the BSC campus through cooperative programs with Dickinson State University, Minot State University, and the University of North Dakota. BSC is one of 11 institutions in the North Dakota University System.
